Garanti Asset Management Construction Sector Equity Fund (Equity Intense Fund) is designed for investors who would like to diversify their savings in the construction and real estate sector.
Fund’s investment strategy; at least 80% of the fund's total value is continuously invested equities of companies operating in construction and real estate sector or companies providing services/products to companies operating in the construction and real estate sector, which are traded on BIST, and ETFs issued to track indices consist of these equities, and cash collaterals of futures contracts based on issuer equity indices, premiums of option contracts based on issuer equity and issuer equities, and warrants based on issuer equities and issuer equity issued by brokerage firms traded on the stock exchange.
The fund’s investment purpose is to enable its investors to participate in the growth opportunities and earnings of companies operating in construction and real estate sector in Türkiye.
