He began his financial career in 1995 as Private Banking Advisor at Casa de Bolsa BBVA and, in 2002, he continued his career at Asset Management BBVA as Deputy Director of Specialized Portfolio Management. He has served as Corporate and Institutional Portfolio Management Director 2004 - 2008, Fixed Income and Derivatives Director 2008 - 2010, as well as CIO (Chief Investment Officer) Asset Management Mexico from 2010 to 2012. From 2013 to 2022 he was CEO at BBVA Asset Management in Mexico. He currently is the Global Head of Asset Management & Global Wealth at BBVA and president of CFA Society Mexico.

Hülya Türkmen Keçecioğlu graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering and holds an MBA degree from Boğaziçi University. After starting her career at Garanti BBVA Commercial Banking in 2000; she lead CRM, Marketing and Information Technologies Teams. She continued her career as a Director of CRM and Marketing Department between 2009-2016, and then became Director of Customer Experience & Service Model Management between 2016-2022. In 2022-2023 she took the role of Customer Solutions Team Director. In 2023, Hülya Türkmen Keçecioğlu was appointed as the Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Garanti BBVA Asset Management.

Eduardo Garcia Hidalgo has been the Global CIO of BBVA Asset Management since July 2012. Prior to this role, he managed Quality Funds, a third-party products platform for the BBVA Group, for two years. He joined BBVA Asset Management as Equity Management Manager in 2001 and was promoted to project manager position in 2008, reporting to the Global CIO office. Prior to joining BBVA, Eduardo Garcia Hidalgo was a portfolio manager at FG Gestion, Merrill Lynch Asset Management and Gesbankinter. Eduardo Garcia Hidalgo holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Finance from Comillas Pontifical University ICADE and has been CFA certified since 2003.

Özlem Ernart started her career as an Fixed Income analyst at Price Validation System Group in 1996. She has held different positions at Reuters and Coca Cola. After joining the Ottoman Bank's Market Risk Management Team in 2000, she transferred to Garanti Bank in December 2001 after the merger, where she assumed different duties in the Market and Credit Risk units. She became the Risk Planning, Monitoring and Reporting Director in 2015. She has been working as the Head of Risk Management at Garanti Bank since 2018. Özlem Ernart has been appointed as Garanti BBVA Asset Management Board Member in charge of Internal Control as of 2021.

Metin Kılıç started his career at Demirbank in 1995 as a Management Trainee. After joining the Ottoman Bank as a Derivative Instruments Dealer in April 2000, he transferred to the Treasury of Garanti BBVA in December 2001 after the merger. After taking on different duties under the Treasury, he was appointed as the Founding Director of the Asset-Liability Management Unit in April 2006. The Bank takes part in various Committees and Boards of its domestic and international Subsidiaries and Investment/Pension Funds.

Born in 1971 in Samsun, Metin Kılıç is a graduate of Samsun Anatolian High School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSc) and a Master in Construction Management (MSc) diplomas from Istanbul Technical University and the title of master engineer. He received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from George Washington University in the USA.

He started his undergraduate education at Marmara University, Department of Economics in 1986 and completed in 1990. Osman Bahri Turgut has started his career at T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. as an Assistant Auditor in the same year, then worked as Branch Manager, Deputy Chairman of the Audit Department, Commercial Loans Department Manager, Internal Control Center Manager and Internal Audit and Control Chairman. He is still Chairman of the Audit Department in Garanti Bank.

Mr. Turgut is also Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Garanti BBVA Pension, Garanti BBVA Leasing and Garanti BBVA Fleet; Board of Directors and Corporate Management Committee Member of Garanti BBVA Factoring; Board of Directors Member of Garanti BBVA Pension and Assistance Foundation; Audit Committee Member of Garanti BBVA Leasing SA, Garanti BBVA Consumer Finance SA and Garanti BBVA Payment Systems; Board of Trustee Member of The Teachers Academy Foundation; Audit Committee Member of WWF and Chairman of Board OF Directors of IIA Turkey – The Institute of Internal Auditing – Turkey.
